1. General – By engaging with the company, clients agree to these terms. The company provides synthetic sports flooring solutions.
2. Orders & Payments – Orders are confirmed after an advance payment. Prices may change without notice unless under contract. Late payments may incur penalties.
3. Delivery & Installation – Timelines depend on order size, material availability, and site readiness. Delays due to external factors aren’t the company’s responsibility.
4. Warranty & Liability – Covers manufacturing defects but excludes damages from misuse or improper maintenance.
5. Returns & Cancellations – Orders can be canceled before shipment with a fee. Customized products are non-refundable. Complaints must be reported within a set timeframe.
6. Legal – Disputes are subject to Mumbai, India jurisdiction.
